2.COPYRIGHT IN AUSTRALIA
Copyright exists in works and other subject-matter by virtue of the Copyright Act 1968 (cth), Australia. The Copyright Regulations 2017 and the Copyright (International Protection) Regulations 1969 refer to matters with regards to the operation of the Copyright Act.

3. WHEN A COPYRIGHT COMPLAINT IS RECEIVED:
When a complaint is received, Motivated Women Pty Ltd will track down the location of the infringement, once infringement has been located, the copyright material will be disabled, removed or deleted within seven (7) days of locating the infringement; and upon completion, an email or form of correspondence will be issued to the copyright owner informing them of the removal and/or deletion of the copyright material.
Motivated Women Pty Ltd requires this timeframe by which to rectify the copyright infringement with no financial penalty or wanting from the copyright owner and/or their representatives at the pre-during or post stage of this process so as to provide Motivated Women Pty Ltd reasonable time by which to rectify the copyright inquiry as outlined in the 'Notification of Infringement'.
4. NOTIFICATION OF INFRINGEMENT:
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our Copyright Agent detailed below.
Your notification must include:
a. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
d. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
e. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
f. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. COUNTER NOTIFICATION
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use that content in your website, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:
a. Your physical or electronic signature.
b. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
c. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
d. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Australia, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
7. POLICY FOR REPEAT INFRINGERS
Motivated Women Pty Ltd has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at the service provider's sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Motivated Women Pty Ltd may also at its sole discretion limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
